The BREAZE Solar Hot Water people have provided some useful information in the MS Excel format, and for SolaMate there is an MS Word formatted form.

If you can't afford/don't want to use MS products there is an excellent substitute available FREE! [-YES REALLY!] that will open all MS Office files (except Publisher) and can write files in MS format if you wish, and is just as easy to use.

It also has the ability to export the MS Word or MS Excel formats to PDF.

You can download it from OpenOffice.org. It runs on all common platforms, Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
