When registering or finding a forgotton password, the web system asks for a funny looking secuity code (a captcha code). This is a "check for a human" because the robot spammers should not get through this check. But, sometimes the codes are really difficult to make out! When the form first comes up - check the code first. F5 to reload the pageIf it is one you are not sure of a u or a v (for example), hit your F5 button to reload the page and it will give you a different code. Keep hitting that F5 until you are happy that you can decipher the code, then continue with your form! Make the Code Image BiggerAnother way to see the code is to make the text and images in the browser window bigger - for Internet Explorer and Firefox, this is simply a Shift + and then Shift - to make it smaller again. Stay tuned for Safari info! Example Captcha Images
