Using this booking form:

1.  You will find attached a booking form which will need to be completed and returned as soon as possible.  You can return your form by completing and scanning it, then emailing to bpgworkshops@gmail.com or you can complete it and post it in.  We are happy to accept bookings by mail, but please be aware that places are limited and there is a ‘first come, first served’ policy.  Mailing your application may reduce your chances of attending your preferred workshops unless you respond quickly. However, if we find the demand is there, we will also attempt to run an extra workshop at a later date. Please ensure you send mail to:

2. Please ensure you fill out all of your details correctly, especially email addresses, and that they are easy to read. It is also important that you sign your booking forms in order for them to be processed.

3. In order to secure your position in your selected workshops, we will require payment at the time of booking.  We will not accept payment on the day of the workshop.

4. Payment can be made via direct deposit (online or in person at a Bendigo bank branch) or by sending in a cheque  to the above address.  Cheques should be made out to Ballarat Permaculture Guild. Please include the name of the workshop on the back of your cheque.

PRETTY PLEASE include your name and an abbreviated version of the workshop you wish to attend when depositing payment, in the subject line if depositing online or ask your bank teller to add a note to your in-branch deposit. We do not want to lose your money in the system!

Once our website is revived (www.ballaratpermacultureguild.org) we will run all workshop bookings through the website.  You will be able to see a calendar of events for months ahead and book and pay online – meaning you KNOW that there are places available and you KNOW you have secured yours once you’ve processed payment.  In the meantime, we’ll go back to the old pile of names on a clipboard and do the best we can!
