Organising Community Change Workshop - Sat 22nd & Sun 23rd May
A residential workshop to be held in Anglesea. Ever wanted to learn community organising and public narrative in a "Camp Obama" style interactive workshop?
Now's your chance, as the best techniques from Obama's campaign are coming to Geelong and the Surf Coast. You might have heard the buzz from the Melbourne workshop held last year. A few people from Geelong and Surf Coast went, and we liked it so much, we want to share it with you all! We are running the Organising Community Change workshop for Geelong and the Surf Coast (Ballarat people are invited too!).
Our goal is to support effective climate action groups, incredible transition towns, smart campaign teams and a re-energized local community movement for 2010. Check our website to learn more about why this is such a powerful workshop, and register now. http://changegeelong.eventbrite.com/
