Example email to our PM regarding Renewable Energy Targets and Climate Change, written by BREAZE Climate of Change Project Officer Sara Hill. Please support a 100% renewable energy target for domestic electricity demand for 2020 and 30% renewables for industry by 2030. We must act decisively and with compassion for our children, those in countries to be worst affected by climate change and ourselves.
We can have a healthy economy without dependence on fossil fuel. Those heading the fossil fuel lobby who are afraid of losing their profits can become resposible citizens too. They have enormous capacity to lead a renewables revolution rather than oppose it.
There are positive solutions which will generate long lasting healthy vibrant communities - Lets focus on cooperation, quality, efficiency and enjoyment. |
