BREAZE took part in a rally outside Ballarat Town Hall this afternoon to support a gross feed-in tariff for electricity supplied from small-scale PV installations across the state.

Largely through BREAZE's efforts, Ballarat is now proud home to over 200 PV systems, with this number expected to grow to 300 before the year's end.

The rally was addressed by Greg Barber, MLC who drew attention to the precariousness of the current legislation being prepared by the state government.

All BREAZE members are encouraged to put their shoulder to the lobbying wheel and let our state MPs know our strongly-held feelings on this. The right messages in the right ears over the next weeks could prove crucial in swaying the progress of this legislation.
